Waiting for the $LIGMA IPO

My first ipo entry possibly. Need to know what I’m getting into so thanks.

Cool - ask why all of the generational companies stay private and full funded by P/E anymore. Is Figma a retail dumping ground? 90% of IPO’s never see the IPO price again?

A ton of IPOs shoot up in the first couple hours but tank as people take profits. Is it possible to look for entry after a few days?

Thinking going to wait to see where things settle after it lists instead of trying to guess which way it will go beforehand. Company is still not profitable. Keep that it mind. They have priced it conservatively however…. My experience in every IPO that I’ve seen is that there is a dump and opportunity to get in lower as some of the employees take profits on the shares they are able to now sell. COIN. FB etc
